I’m a swim instructor at Goldfish
With Andy’s portrait session - or anyone’s session - I want to create a style and feel that is uniquely THEM. If there is a skill, passion or hobby that we can combine with a location to match, AWESOME!
In Andy’s case, Andy wanted something simple and clean yet bold and dark and moody PLUS somewhere that would allow Kermit = my studio. What can we dream up for YOU? Here are 10 ideas to meld passion and place.

NATURE LOVER: a scenic location like a park, nature reserve or even a local botanical garden. Why not bring along a blanket and picnic basket for a romantic look.
SPORTS ENTHUSIAST: a local stadium or sports field. Think high school tennis court - or what the heck, Miller Park! (Why not dream a little?) Throw in sports equipment, jerseys, or medals to further strengthen the theme.
MUSICIAN: a local concert hall or music store. Let’s hit the band room or stage where you perform. Bring along musical instruments. Not a musician but love music? Let’s go to a local record shop and have some fun!
ARTIST: a local art gallery, museum or in front of street art. Add in some paint brushes, canvases, or other art-related props inside an art studio and you’ve got some amazing art action shots.

7. TRAVELER: a local airport, train or bus station. Bring along your favorite vintage suitcase and some maps and we’re good to go.
8. GARDENER: a local garden or nursery. We could even do some backyard gardening with your tools, flower pots, and gardening gloves as props.
9. GAMER: a local gaming store or video game arcade. Heck, let’s hook up your gaming system to your tv and catch some action shots.
10. DANCER: a local dance studio or theater. Put on those pointe or ballet shoes and dance costume and let’s even go somewhere unexpected.
