Alex is an attorney at Kay & Kay Law Firm as a third generation attorney of the Kay family. Thomas J. Kay (1934-2001) practiced law with his son Timothy T. Kay until 2001. Now, Tim is practicing law with Alex, as they continue to honor Tom's legacy of great legal service in southeastern Wisconsin. All three Kays graduated from Marquette University Law School.
He works closely with business owners, individuals, and families to advise them on a wide variety of business and personal matters.
Alex represents a diverse range of businesses and their owners in mergers and acquisitions, real estate acquisitions, sales, and leasing, municipal zoning, business entity formation, nonprofit organizations, construction liens, employment and non-compete agreements, business litigation, and general business matters.
