HOW DID YOU GET STARTED IN YOUR FIELD OF WORK?
I was in corporate America for 20 years and learned so much during that time regarding leadership, presentations, and communication and later noticed many were asking me to help them do the same. I would later leave my corporate job and start Perspectivity, over the years we've added other services based on our expertise.

That everyone is already decent at communicating and presenting...because they can speak and run PowerPoint.
NAME ONE THING YOU WISH PEOPLE KNEW ABOUT YOUR JOB?
I wish people knew that we value the person, the relationship, and the connection more than anything else when working with our clients.
WHAT DO YOU LOVE MOST ABOUT YOUR JOB?
I love seeing transformation happen in people, because its so difficult to do with adult humans! ;- )
WHAT ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE TO SOMEONE STARTING OUT IN YOUR INDUSTRY?
Bring a helmet, coffee, and some running shoes with you, you'll need them all!
What is the ONE book that you think I should read RIGHT NOW?
I have no idea really, but my recent favorite is The Ruthless Elimination of Hurry: How to Stay Emotionally Healthy and Spiritually Alive in the Chaos of the Modern World by John Mark Comer
