After a 30-year career as a senior leader and executive in Fortune 500 companies, I grabbed an opportunity to take early retirement and do what I had always wanted to do, help people live into their purpose. I started VLURU to do just that; I help people find fulfillment by uncovering and living into their Ikigai, their purpose. I help companies bring their purpose to their products and their people.
