What is something people THINK they know about your job?
The industry received a black eye in the last few years with the mortgage crisis. I am proud that I nor any company I worked with ever deserved or conducted themselves without high ethical standards.
Name one thing you WISH people knew about your job?
Many people don't ask me questions because they think they know all their options. I have been doing this since 1977, am a Chartered Financial Analyst, MBA and a graduate of the Stonier Graduate School of Banking.

Even professional people don't operate in the financial efficient possibilities of home ownership.
