WHO IS YOUR IDEAL CLIENT?
Women 35+

HOW DID YOU GET STARTED IN YOUR FIELD OF WORK?
Many years ago I was frustrated and unhappy with myself. I joined the gym and started working with a personal trainer. My results were amazing and I was so happy with how I looked and felt, I decided that I wanted to do the same for others. So at the age of 45 I became a personal trainer to help others feel good about themselves.

WHAT IS ONE THING PEOPLE think THEY KNOW ABOUT YOUR JOB?
That I give everyone the same workout. Not everyone has the same goals. Some people has physical challenges and aren't able to complete certain exercises. You have to cater the workout to the client.

NAME ONE THING YOU WISH PEOPLE KNEW ABOUT YOUR JOB.
How much time I really put into creating my client's workouts and classes.

WHAT DO YOU LOVE MOST ABOUT YOUR JOB?
Helping others see results and feel good about themselves.

WHAT ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE TO SOMEONE STARTING IN YOUR INDUSTRY?
Constantly educate yourself. Not everyone can do the same diet or the same workout. Times change. Fads change.

What is the ONE book that you think I should read RIGHT NOW?
I'm So effing Tired by Dr. Amy Shah

IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE YOU WOULD LIKE TO ADD?
Action Health and Fitness is not just exercise, we work to educate you on healthier eating, the importance of sleep, and how to handle stress. Health coaching sessions are available for those that aren't ready to start working out yet.
