HOW DID YOU GET STARTED IN YOUR FIELD OF WORK?
I got started in the finance industry when I met with Larry Elton (founder of Advantage+). He said that the company was looking for someone with "zip". I remember telling him, "I've got zip!" That was 26 years ago. Since that day, I've learned a lot about business and about life. (And I've still got zip!)
WHAT IS ONE THING PEOPLE think THEY KNOW ABOUT YOUR JOB?
To some, being a leader and working with people all day is exhausting. Personally, I think it's AWESOME! Like anything, it has it's moments, but working with people that are like family is the BEST!

That I absolutely LOVE it!

Definitely, the relationships that I have with our team and business partners. We're like a family!

Know who you're working for and what their company values are. They matter.
