Who is your ideal client?

Any person, people, or business who is looking for all insurance needs-home, auto, life or business insurance!

What is something people THINK they know about your job?

Insurance is not a four letter word, if you have the right agent on YOUR side.  I spend lots of time explaining because many other agents don't, and I have found that most people really appreciate that.  It is not as complicated as it sounds.

Name one thing you WISH people knew about your job?

I really am here to help more than anything.  Yes, I am a commissioned salesperson, but there is never any pressure.  One third of my growth strategy is using the best available SERVICE to initiate referral business as opposed to advertising, knocking on doors, etc.  Wowing people and long term relationships with insureds are my goals.

Tell us a secret about your job.

Insider's insight here- You should not feel loyalty towards any insurance company. They will not cover a claim that they are not obligated to pay because you have been with them for 40 years and have never made a claim. Loyalty towards an agent is a different story.  You should feel welcome at all times and that your agent is working in YOUR best interests.  There are lots of us out there, but if you don't feel warm and fuzzy about your agent, keep looking until you find someone you actually LIKE doing business with.

I'm available anytime to chat!

What is the ONE book that you think I should read RIGHT NOW?

Hillbilly Elegy by J.D. Vance
