HOW DID YOU GET STARTED IN YOUR FIELD OF WORK?
As a young entrepreneur, I opened a dance studio specializing in Dancesport, a competitive style of Ballroom & Latin Dance. My studio offered ballroom instruction, competitive coaching, dance choreography, and organized DanceSport competition events. After ten years of owning and managing a business, I traveled across the United States and Europe as an independent DanceSport Coach. Six years into my coaching work, I was recruited into a financial services firm. With an interest in money and finance, I accepted the opportunity and became an accredited financial adviser. I built my expertise over the course of ten years, while I continued as a Dancesport Coach, enjoying Ballroom & Latin Dance as often as possible! While advancing within the financial industry, I recognized my ability to develop a deep understanding of how individuals feel about themselves and their financial success in the realm of prosperity and productivity. In 2018 I founded Brilliance 360 to focus on consulting and planning for business owners to coach them through an abundant business with an ideal lifestyle. Long story short, I founded a service to utilize my unique background as coach and advisor which enables me to bring a wide range of perspectives and expertise to maximize the experience and success of each client.

My service is more than strategic planning, crunching numbers and offering future performance reports. It is pulling out of each client the very essence behind their business ~their BRILLIANCE~ as only they are able to deliver; as who they are, what values they hold, what they aspire to, what are the greatest dreams within their hearts, and how amazing they would like their lives to be. Bringing this combined power to thrive, achieve, revel and enjoy is the most incredible and spectacular path I can share with my clients. To the point of breathtaking! So do people "really" know...? Not unless they work with me :)

Think abundantly. There are many business owners who need a great coach, just as there are numerous athletes in numerous sports whom all need significant coaches to see them through to success. This is the same in business, so believe in yourself!
