Wauwatosa West class of 2025 Sneak Peek | Brecker
As a photographer, I am obviously a visual person. One of the skills I’ve acquired is to sense when my subject is truly happy, content and comfortable.
I met up with Brecker for his senior photos. We met at a park and got some really nice portraits of him in the fall colors. Then we went to his high school, Tosa West, and he changed into his football uniform.
There it was.
Instantly, his body language changed. I could see he was more relaxed and at ease. It’s not that he was uncomfortable before - he was wearing his favorite hoodie and jeans - but something about wearing his jersey must have given him a boost of self-confidence and strength. I could SEE it!
