With both boys headed to college in a month - or back to college in Jakob’s case - this was Dawn’s last “easy” chance at family photos. They’re all still home together, and still a fairly captive audience.

I wanted so badly to share one of the family portraits with mom, dad and both boys but I also didn’t want to spoil their Christmas cards. So… you will have to wait, tee hee.
Instead, this Sneak Peek is with Jakob and Gabe at their goofiest. The caption?

I’m noticing a not-so-surprising trend — this is the Summer of Family. I’ve had more family sessions this summer than ever before. Really, I’m not surprised.
