As an operations consultant for small business owners, I identified that they all had the same two questions..."How do I find good people?" and "What do I do if I need to fire them?" regardless of whether they worked with me for one year or one hour. Finding no easy or complete program for business owners to learn specifically how to hire or how to manage their own best team, Boss Actions was born to create just that resource!
