As we wrap up the year (and all the presents under the tree), there are all sorts of Top 10 Lists, Best of the Year Compilations and Recaps of the Year. Why not join the best-of bandwagon?
What’s even better than a yearlong summary is revisiting some of the stories we shared. All of these posts are about my clients, friends and family. All these words and pictures are about YOU. And I’m honored to be the one to share them.

Henry is one of those kids you just want to be around. Sincere, funny, kind and talented. the portraits from his session showed it, too.
9. Claire Mueller, Pius XI HS class of 2020
Claire is a real sweetheart and a true pleasure to photograph. We were able to visit some of her favorite places around Wauwatosa for her portraits.
Before the entire world shut down in March, I drove around my neighborhood and photographed families on their front porches. It was the pick-me-up we all needed at the time. Little did we know it would have to do…for a long while…

Ben is such a good guy. I know people say that a lot about people to be vague, but for Ben, I really mean it. His heart is made of gold and he’s a genuinely kind person.

This good-natured kid, who didn’t want to attend his own senior portrait photo shoot, ended up taking the internet by storm! Drew’s post was the TOP post of all of 2020. That is really saying something, don’tcha think? (He did tell me to mention - no autographs, please.)
